Can you supply against an existing tender specification?
Yes — that is how most of these contracts were awarded. We submit technical compliance sheets against your BOQ. If a specification contains an item we think is wrong for the use case, we say so in writing rather than quietly quoting it.
Do you handle drone operator training?
Yes. Surveillance drone deliveries include ground control station setup and operator certification, because an uncertified fleet is an expensive shelf ornament.
What warranty applies to supplied hardware?
Manufacturer warranty is transferred to the department, and we coordinate claims on your behalf. Beyond warranty, annual maintenance contracts cover preventive visits, spares and priority on-site response.
How quickly can you deploy across multiple sites?
It depends on the consignment and the site geography, but we deploy across Balochistan with our own field teams rather than subcontracting. Multi-site rollouts are scheduled in waves with written progress reporting each week.
