IT infrastructure & cloud

Delivering scalable, high-performance and secure IT environments for modern businesses and enterprises — from a single server room to a multi-cloud estate.

Infrastructure is judged on the days it fails, not the days it works. We design for the failure case first: redundancy where it matters, recovery objectives agreed in writing, and monitoring that tells you before your users do.

Capabilities

Infrastructure services

Design, migration, operation and recovery — across on-premise, cloud and hybrid estates.

Cloud Migration & Deployment

Seamless transition to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud environments, with workload assessment and a rollback plan for every migration wave.

Managed IT Services

24×7 network monitoring, IT support and server maintenance under a defined SLA with measured response and resolution times.

Hybrid & Multi-Cloud

Distributing workloads across private and public clouds for resilience, flexibility and cost control — avoiding single-vendor lock-in.

Data Centre Design & Optimisation

Deploying secure, scalable and energy-efficient data centres — racks, power, cooling, structured cabling and physical access control.

Software-Defined Networking

SDN and network virtualisation to enhance network flexibility and security without re-cabling the building.

Disaster Recovery & Continuity

IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring high availability and rapid recovery against agreed RPO and RTO targets.

DevOps & IT Automation

CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and IT process automation so releases stop being events.

Database Management & Optimisation

Ensuring high-speed, scalable and secure data storage, with backup verification that is actually tested.

IT Governance & Risk

Establishing governance, risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance across the technology estate.

Deliverables

Built to keep running

Balochistan's operating conditions are unforgiving — power interruption, distance and heat. Our infrastructure work accounts for all three.

  • As-built documentation, rack elevations and IP schema
  • Monitoring and alerting configured before handover, not after
  • Documented RPO and RTO targets with a tested recovery runbook
  • Backup verification schedule with restore evidence
  • Capacity and cost baseline for cloud workloads
  • Named escalation path and on-site response commitment
  • Optional hybrid solarization to remove grid dependency entirely

Questions

Common questions

Should we move to the cloud or stay on-premise?
It depends on data residency obligations, connectivity reliability at your sites, and whether your workload is steady or spiky. For several Balochistan clients the honest answer has been hybrid: cloud for resilience and collaboration, on-premise for anything that must keep working when the link drops.
Can you take over infrastructure another vendor built?
Yes. We start with an independent technical audit, document what actually exists versus what was specified, and give you a written assessment of what is salvageable before quoting any remediation.
What does your managed service actually cover?
Coverage is defined per contract — typically monitoring, patching, backup verification, incident response and periodic health review, with agreed response and resolution times by severity. We publish the SLA before you sign, not after.
Do you support sites outside Quetta?
Yes. We deploy and support across Balochistan and have delivered for federal bodies nationwide. Remote diagnostics handle most issues; on-site response times vary by location and are stated explicitly in the contract.
