Our policy
How we collect and publish feedback
A review is only useful if a prospective client can believe it. Ours are governed by four rules.
- Collected, never written by us. Feedback is requested after handover and published in the client's own words.
- Named only with written permission. Many public-sector clients cannot be named at all; those reviews appear by role and sector only, or not at all.
- Published unedited. We correct spelling and nothing else. Critical feedback stays up — see the Good ratings above.
- Verifiable on request. Prospective clients evaluating a tender can ask for direct references and we will arrange the introduction.

Ask for direct client references. We will arrange an introduction to a department that has run what you are about to buy.
