Enterprise resource planning

Automating business operations, resource management and process workflows with ERP — cloud or on-premise, built for audit and scale.

An ERP succeeds or fails on whether the finance office trusts the number on the screen more than the number in their own ledger. That trust is earned through migration accuracy and audit trail, which is where we concentrate the effort.

Managed cloud deployment with backup, disaster recovery and role-based access built into the service.

Deliverables

Implementation done properly

The technical build is rarely the risk. Migration, parallel running and user adoption are where ERP projects are won or lost.

  • Process mapping of how the department actually works today
  • Module configuration against your service rules, not a generic template
  • Data migration with line-by-line reconciliation against source records
  • Parallel running period before the old system is retired
  • Role-based access matrix and complete audit trail
  • Cloud hosting with managed backup and disaster recovery
  • Role-based training and reference manuals in plain language
  • Formal handover with completion certification

Questions

Common questions

How long does an ERP implementation take?
For a single department with a contained module set, three to six months. Institution-wide implementations run longer, and the pacing is set by data migration and by how quickly your staff can be released for UAT and training — not by development speed.
Cloud or on-premise?
Cloud unless there is a data residency rule or a connectivity reality that forbids it. Cloud gives you managed backup and disaster recovery that most departments cannot staff internally. Where the site connection is unreliable, we deploy on-premise with a replicated cloud backup.
What happens to our existing records?
They are migrated and reconciled. We do not go live until the balances in the new system match the source records line by line, and we keep the legacy system readable throughout the parallel running period.
Can the system be extended later?
Yes — modules are designed to be added. The PGMI and HRMS platforms were both scoped so that further modules could be introduced without re-implementing the core.
Live demonstrations

ERP modules you can open and use

Procurement, inventory, finance and asset modules, built as working demonstrations with the role structure a department actually needs.

Replacing a system, or a filing cabinet?

Either way, start with a process mapping session. It is the cheapest hour in the whole project and it prevents the expensive mistakes.
