Common questions

How do you size a system?
By measuring, not estimating. We profile your actual load over a representative period, establish which circuits are genuinely critical, and size PV and storage against that. Departments are often surprised how much of their connected load does not need to be on backup.
What is a realistic payback period?
It depends on your tariff, your current diesel spend and your outage frequency. We model it explicitly before you commit, and we show the assumptions so you can challenge them. For sites running generators heavily, payback is usually the strongest part of the case.
Lithium or tubular batteries?
Lithium costs more upfront, lasts longer, tolerates deeper discharge and needs less maintenance. Tubular is cheaper and more forgiving of poor ventilation. We recommend based on your site conditions and maintenance capacity, not on margin.
Who maintains it afterwards?
We do, under an annual maintenance contract with performance reporting — or we train your facilities staff to handle routine checks and keep us for the annual service. Either way, an unmonitored plant degrades silently, so somebody should be watching the numbers.
